Account Deletion Instructions – Nutriiya
Users can permanently delete their Nutriiya account and all associated data at any time.
Option 1: From the App
- Open the Nutriiya app and log in.
- Go to Profile / Settings.
- Tap on “Delete Account”.
- Confirm your choice by following the on-screen prompts.
Your account and all personal data (including phone number, food logs, and preferences) will be permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days.
Option 2: By Email Request
- Send an email to support@nutriiya.com with the subject line: Delete My Account.
- Include the phone number you used to sign up.
- Our support team will verify your request and complete the deletion within 30 days.
Important Notes
- Once deleted, your account and data cannot be recovered.
- Some data may be retained temporarily to comply with legal or regulatory obligations, but it will not be used for any other purpose.
- You will receive a confirmation once your account deletion is complete.
