4. Subscriptions & Payments
Certain features may require a paid subscription. All payments are processed securely. Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our Refund Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, graphics, and software are the property of Nutriiya Health Intelligence Private Limited. Unauthorized use or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
6. User Content
Users retain ownership of their content but grant Nutriiya a license to store, process, and use such data for providing and improving services.
7. Limitation of Liability
Nutriiya is not liable for any health outcomes, data loss, or damages resulting from the use or misuse of the App or Services.
8. Termination
Nutriiya reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
